In a major digital leap, Indian Railways has officially launched RailOne, a powerful new super app designed to bring together all railway-related services under one roof. Launched on July 1, 2025, RailOne aims to simplify and streamline the passenger experience across the entire Indian Railway network.

Existing users of RailConnect or UTSonMobile can log in using their current credentials no need to create a new account.

RailOne Super App key Feature and Specifications

1. Unified Access to All Services

Book reserved, unreserved, and platform tickets, check PNR status, track your train live, and access Rail Madad and feedback services—all in one place.

2. Single Sign-On

Say goodbye to juggling multiple passwords. RailOne offers single sign-on support with biometric login and numeric mPIN.

3. R-Wallet Integration

A new e-wallet, R-Wallet, allows for quick payments across services, further reducing checkout time and enhancing digital payments for tickets, food, and services.

4. Lightweight and Storage-Efficient

No more downloading multiple apps for different tasks. RailOne is optimized to save device space by consolidating all railway functions.

Major System Upgrades Introduced

Indian Railways is also rolling out significant system upgrades alongside the app to boost efficiency and user experience.

Chart Preparation – 8 Hours in Advance

Charts will now be prepared 8 hours before train departure (previously 4 hours), giving passengers more time to plan if on the waitlist.

OTP-Based Tatkal Booking

From July 1, only verified users will be allowed to book Tatkal tickets. An OTP authentication system using Aadhaar or DigiLocker will roll out by the end of July.
