Railway authorities have also confirmed partial cancellations and route diversions to minimize inconvenience. Some trains will terminate before reaching their destination or resume from intermediate stations. Alternate routes are being explored to ensure limited disruption.
According to railway officials, more than 70 train services (both up and down) are expected to be affected during this period.
