Jodhpur News: In response to the growing passenger demand on the Jodhpur–Delhi route, North Western Railway is launching the first-ever Vande Bharat semi-high-speed special train between the two cities. The special train (Train No. 04815) will depart from Jodhpur at 2:50(14:50) PM on Monday and reach Delhi the same night at 11:55(23:55) PM.
According to Jodhpur DRM Anurag Tripathi, this special service has been introduced to ease the passenger rush, especially on the Jaipur–Delhi segment. The train will operate via Jaipur and is a one-way service.

Senior DCM Vikas Khera stated that the train will halt at the following stations: Below are the list.
- Merta Road
- Degana
- Phulera
- Jaipur
- Gandhinagar Jaipur
- Alwar
- Rewari
- Gurugram
- Delhi Cantt
Coach Composition
The special train will include 16 coaches, including two power cars, offering modern facilities and comfort for passengers.

- Jodhpur departure: 2:50 PM
- Merta Road: Arrives at 4:00 PM, departs at 4:03 PM
- Degana: Arrives at 4:30 PM, departs at 4:32 PM
- Jaipur: Arrives at 7:00 PM, departs at 7:05 PM
- Gandhinagar Jaipur: Arrives at 7:15 PM, departs at 7:17 PM
- Alwar: Arrives at 8:57 PM, departs at 9:00 PM
- Gurugram: Arrives at 10:50 PM, departs at 10:52 PM
- Delhi Cantt: Arrives at 11:17 PM, departs at 11:20 PM
- Delhi arrival: 11:55 PM
This one-time special service aims to provide added convenience to travelers heading to the national capital, especially those affected by the congestion on existing trains.
